  • "We enjoyed our stay at Nikolina's apartment, easy to find having taken the bus from the airport using Google maps and the information provided. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, great shower, lots of hot water and without doubt the most comfortable bed we have ever had in an Airbnb. The décor is a little dated but was of no concern to us. A short walk to the spectacular Old Town with its limitless restaurants and bars. A small but adequate supermarket is only 5 minutes walk and is next to the Bikers cafe which serves the best coffee in Dubrovnik. We stayed for 7 nights, spent most of our time sightseeing during the day and eating and drinking in the Old Town at night. We found the 3 day Dubrovnik pass the best value, if you take the boat to Lokrum island produce the pass and ask for 20% discount. They don't mention this on the pass. We would recommend Nikolina's apartment, comfortable and well located .."

    Stari Grad - do 10 minuta pješice je zapravo predio Pile, Ploče, Boninovo i gornji Kono. To su vrlo atraktivni dijelovi grada i najcjenjeniji za boravak u Dubrovniku. Prednost je što ste jako blizu starog grada a možete uživati u miru i tišini. Najatraktivniji dio je Ploče zbog pogleda na stari grad. Boraveći ovdje možete uživati kupajući se na plažama Banje i Sveti Jakov s veličanstvenim pogledom na Staru gradsku jezgru ili koristiti brodsku liniju za posjet rezervatu Lokrum gdje možete uživati u oazi mira i tišine. Good lighting in the bathroom with the added mirror lights. This property is basically directly accessible from the street, so you can uber directly to the front door (only one short flight of stairs up) from the front gate. This is a luxury in Dubrovnik lol trust me it’s all a giant hill from old town. 5-10 minute walk to the gates of the old town and also to banje beach!! Nikolina was very responsive and so kind to communicate with. I can’t recommend this property enough :)"

There is a supermarket (closed Sundays) and cafe a few hundred meters away which is very convenient. The apartment is very comfortable and well furnished and has everything you need for a your stay including all the kitchen utensils. The views from the apartment are stunning and the outside space is good - with sun loungers and beach towels. Online Croatia and our local contact were great to deal with and kept in touch to ensure we were happy and the video showing how access the apartment was really useful"

  • "Everything as advertised. Online Croatia responsive and very helpful. Host also very responsive and obliging. What really stood out was all the little things. There were coffee filters for the dripolator, dishwasher tablets, even a little laundry detergent in a bag ( we only needed one wash ). The noodles in the cupboard we appreciated after arriving at night after 30 hrs travel and on a public holiday (=no supermarkets open). Perhaps it was another travellers but there was a little coffee in a bag. ( supermarkets closed next day also). Should it be mosquito season there were coils and plug ins. There were rain ponchos which were great because we had a bit of rain the last 2 days. Plenty of towels. Great location, steep steps down to town opposite or down the hill there are more steps with a more gentle gradient. If steps are a problem it doesn’t take long by the road. We loved the patio area. Supermarket just up the road. Would definitely recommend."

Terassilla on aurinkotuolit eikä välttämättä tarvinnut lähteä mihinkään viettääkseen täydellisen lomapäivän. Terassilla oli mukava juoda aamukahvit ja katsella merinäkymiä sekä seurata pihanurmella silloin tällöin moikkaamaan tulleita kilpikonnia. Alas vanhaan kaupunkiin on muutama porras. Niiden kiipeäminen kävi hyvästä porrastreenistä. Nikoliinalta sai apua aina tarvittaessa. Asunto oli puhdas ja löytyi kaikki tarvittava viikon oleskeluun. Ilmastointi viilensi yöllä niin, että oli mukava nukkua. Astianpesukonekin löytyi! Voisin tulla uudelleen :)"

  • "My favorite part about this apartment was how quiet it was in comparison to AirBNB options located within Old Town. It's close enough to Old Town to be totally walkable but private enough that crowds won't disturb you. I also loved the private terrace with sun loungers and a 2-person table, because the views from both of those were incredible. The one thing you should know before booking is that you have to climb a fair amount of stairs to get to the property from sea level (and Old Town), so that should be taken into consideration. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience!"

It only takes about 10 minutes walk to the old town. You will have to expect stairs if you come to Dubrovnik. Some of the decor is a little dated but everything was provided.   • "This apartment was perfect for our holiday. Spacious outside patio/garden area with various seating options and wonderful views of old walled town. The friendly and helpful owners, Mira and Ivo live next to the apartment but guests have privacy and the place felt very secure. The twin or king sized bed was very comfortable, the shower was spacious and there is a great kitchen area with two electric rings for cooking. The air con is situated in the hall just outside of the bedroom which is ideal as this kept the noise to a minimum at night when it was in use. The location was also great for us as the beach was at the bottom of the stairs leading down into the old town and the bus stop (No 8) was just up from the entrance to the garden. One thing to mention is that there are a number of stairs up into the apartment and Dubrovnik generally has a lot of stairs! Really good for getting rid of all the calories that are consumed eating the great local food and wine! We loved staying at this apartment and would recommend it to other visitors."

It is in my opinion one of the best locations in Dubrovnik, 5 minutes walk to Oldtown, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 2-3 minute walk from airport shuttle bus and cable car. Plus the views from the apartment are amazing as it overlooks Lokrum island and the port in Oldtown. The apartment is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. One of the best things about this apartment is the hosts, they couldn't have been more helpful. Ivo was brilliant, he gave us advice on where to go, was always at hand if we needed anything and was just the perfect host in general. We found him very interesting to talk to and he educated us alot about Dubrovnik and its history. Overall this is the perfect apartment for a couple looking for a relaxing convenient stay. When we go to back to Dubrovnik we will definitely be looking to book here again. 5 stars! :)"

Strand: schön nah, aber klein und daher trotz Nachsaison fast voll. Lage zur Altstadt sehr gut: Treppen oder Straße hinunter nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß (hinauf 15 Minuten). Die Straße und der Hauszugang liegen 1 Etage tiefer, d.h. Terrasse und Wohnung liegen 1 Etage höher und am Hang zurückversetzt: in der Nachsaison war es ruhig genug; in der Hauptsaison und bei wegen Hitze geöffneten Fenstern ist das sicher anders... aber dafür wohnt man fast zentral!"
